- All sales are FINAL / no returns
- Please note this a STRICT policy as I do my absolute best to provide all details regarding the product including numerous photos, measurements & try on photos whenever possible... including all these options is extremely labour-some and due to slim margins, I sadly cannot afford to process returns for financial & logistical reasons.
- The ONE exception is if the garment is not up to the standards indicated in the original posting. Every so often, a stain or rip may be missed despite our best efforts. In these situations, I will always honour a refund or provide a discount to account for this and ensure you are satisfied with your shopping experience.
- All items sold are secondhand unless otherwise indicated & may shown signs of wear & tear as a result. Natural wear is normal for secondhand items. All major flaws will be pointed out, but please keep in mind that there may be minor imperfections on the garment. We do our best to inspect each item closely + point out any flaws in the product description.
