CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS:

  • at check out, you have the option to "Ship" or "Pick Up"  
    • ** PLEASE NOTE - if you use pay pal or your information autofills - your browser may automatically bypass this page - you will need to refresh or open a separate browser ** 
  • if you would like contactless porch pick up, please select "Pick Up" & follow instructions outlined below 
    • The pick up address & further details will be emailed to you once your order is received & packaged up 
  • If you would like the shipping AND/OR local delivery option, select "Ship" 
  • After selecting "Ship", it will prompt you to fill in your shipping details
  • Based on your address provided, you will be given with three options depending on your postal code
    •  $5 fee in Central Hamilton AND Burlington , $10 in the outer parts of Hamilton (the Mountain, Dundas, Stoney Creek & Ancaster) & additional fee for cities indicated below
    • Local Delivery - Based on your postal code, shopify will determine which delivery option you qualify for based on details outlined below. 
    • Standard Ontario Shipping - $15 flat rate
    • Standard Outside Ontario/USA Shipping - TEMPORARILY PAUSED

DELIVERY OPTIONS:

Central Hamilton & Burlington
  • $5 fee delivery in central/core of Hamilton near Downtown and Burlington (excludes Dundas, Waterdown, Stoneycreek & Ancaster) 
  • refer to map above for to see if you qualify for free delivery 
  • local delivery occurs ONCE a week, every Friday afternoon / all purchases made before 11AM on Friday will be included in deliveries that week 

 

Hamilton Mountain, Dundas, Waterdown, Stoney Creek, Ancaster - $10 Fee 

 

** Please note I am no longer delivering to Toronto, St.Catherines, or Waterloo/KW due to lack of interest. However, please note shipping is flat rate of $15 or free over $100 *** 

    PORCH PICK UP:

    • free porch pick up available in east end of Hamilton and Burlington in the North End 
    • select " Pick Up" option at check out 
    • Upon purchase confirmation, I will send you an email with the ACTUAL pick up location with 24 business hours. Orders are packaged up from Monday - Friday. Any orders placed on the weekend will be packaged on Monday. 
    • Please respond to my email with your intended pick up date 
    • If your pick up date changes, I require minimum 24 hours notice, however the more time the better as there are some weeks I work remotely, out of town so I am unable to put your purchases out for pick up.

    • please note moving forward, I cannot hold orders for longer than a month unless previously discussed. 

    SHIPPING

    •  FREE SHIPPING on orders over certain values as follows: 
      • orders over $200 in Canada qualify for Free Shipping
        • order over $150 for the FIRST LOOK CLUB
      • orders over $300 to the US qualify for Free Shipping - TEMPORARILY PAUSED
    • Shipping costs are automatically applied at checkout 
    • Otherwise shipping rates are as follows: 
      • $15 flat rate shipping across Ontario 
      • $20 flat rate shipping outside of Ontario (within Canada) 
      • $30 flat rate shipping to the US 
    • As of right now, I am only shipping within Canada & to the US
    • Please note, I am happy to hold on to shipping orders for up to a month if you would like to continue to shop upcoming collections,  bundle your orders & save on shipping costs. HOWEVER, this option does not qualify for free shipping if you spend over the value indicated above. Items must be purchased together in a single purchase on the same day to qualify.
