What's Included

As part of the monthly service, I will visit your business location once per month to capture photo and video content for use across your social media channels.

Following the content session, all assets are professionally edited and transformed into engaging social media content tailored to your brand, audience, and business objectives.

A customized monthly content calendar is then developed, including post scheduling and professionally written captions for your review and approval prior to publication.

Once approved, I manage the execution of the content strategy, including:

• Content scheduling and publishing
• Ongoing account activity and engagement monitoring
• Story content creation and posting
• Promotion of scheduled content through Stories
• Consistent posting to support growth, visibility, and engagement

Base Package Includes

• Up to 3 Reels per week
• Up to 2 Static Posts per week
• 2–5 Story posts per week
• A minimum of 5 days of content publishing per week

Content volume and deliverables may be customized based on the specific needs of your business. Additional content creation and posting can be accommodated through a tailored package.

Additional Support

Clients have access to ongoing support for time-sensitive communications, including:

• Holiday and special event hours
• Limited-time promotions and sales
• Business announcements
• Last-minute marketing initiatives

These requests are included as part of the monthly management service.

Client Responsibilities

Clients maintain full ownership and control of their social media accounts and continue to manage direct messages, customer inquiries, and customer service communications. My role is to ensure a consistent and strategic content presence that supports your brand and business goals.

Commitment

A minimum three-month commitment is required for all social media management clients. This allows sufficient time to develop a cohesive content strategy, establish consistency, and achieve measurable results.
